We are always looking for new ways to meet the needs of our patients and their families, and the Spruce app provides a safe and easy way to reach us in non-life-threatening situations if you need help after-hours (evenings and weekends). Be sure to mark the call/message as urgent if you would like the message sent to our doctors immediately, otherwise the message won't be received until business hours. We will help you get the care you need to avoid a costly visit to the emergency room.
Spruce is completely secure, HIPAA-compliant and encrypted. While Spruce won’t replace all phone calls, we hope parents of our patients will appreciate the convenience and accessibility of the Spruce app.
