PineyWoods Pediatrics, P.A. Vaccine Statement

We firmly believe in the effectiveness of vaccines to prevent serious illness and to save lives. We feel strongly that all children and young adults should receive all of the recommended vaccines according to the schedule published by the Centers for Disease Control and the American Academy of Pediatrics. All reliable, evidence-based medical literature supports the safety of  vaccines and has found no truth in the claim that vaccines cause autism or other developmental disabilities.

It is our belief that vaccinating children and young adults may be the single most important health-promoting intervention we perform as health care providers. The recommended vaccines and their schedule of administration are the results of years of scientific study and data gathering on millions of children by some of the world's leading researchers. For the safety and health of all our patients, we require that at PineyWoods Pediatrics, P.A. your child and the other children they come in contact with in our office are following the recommended vaccine schedule.
